After a two-story house donated by Fahrettin Çemşir was reconfigured, the Museum of Radio and Democracy, one of the boutique museums established by the Konak Municipality, was made accessible to the public. The museum features a collection of vintage radios from the 1920s to the present.

The Police Memorial House was built in 1913 and is located at the Eşrefpaşa Exit of the Anafartalar Street in Mazarlıkbaşı. Since 2004, it has been known as the zmir Police Memorial House and the Anafartalar Police Station.
